A quiet and contemporary atmosphere at the heart of Friedrichshain. Our bread is hand crafted in our own kitchen.
A favorite from the neighborhood. If you want a little more, you can go here. The dishes are rich, contemporary breakfast classics with a high-quality interpretation. It's not really cheap to get away with, but it's worth the price. And the coffee is always good.
Very tasty coffee! (and there is Oatly π)
I had a bad experience this morning, ordered 2 cappuccino which were given to me cold and when I asked for a toper for my cup (since iβm driving a car) I was told a speach about environment (which I understand 500%) but the rude way It was said to me geez... I was also told that It was too expensive ... so basically the coffee is ok (when itβs hot) but donβt go there if you are driving.
i.m.o. the epitome of a Berlin hipster cafΓ©
I was on the lookout for good croissants in Berlin for some time now, and wasn't happy with what I've found so far. When I was passing by Neumanns CafΓ©, I saw those gorgeous croissants on the display and, finally!! Crispy and buttery croissants! Other pastries are very delicious too. One of my favorite places from now on π€©
Nice decor and cool vibes. The carrot cake was not so bad considering it was vegan, however the coffee was terrible. The non-vegan pastries are pretty nice.
This cafe had lots of seating both inside and outside. The service was friendly and the prices were fair. The style of the cafΓ© was rather industrial with no decoration on the walls and slightly darker lighting.
The brunch and coffee were good, but quite overpriced for the portion size.
Food and service does not match at all with the price. Overpriced menu !!! To wait 1.5 hours for a breakfast we felt as too long even in a well attended cafΓ©. There is no question that a well-frequented cafΓ© can lead to longer waiting times, but more than !! 1.5 hours !! We felt it was too long to wait for breakfast. Breakfast menu is overpriced and the service staff is overwhelmed or unstructured. In short food, service is not justified for such prices!
Great sourdough bread and pleasant atmosphere. Enough space for strollers.
Hands down the best almond croissant Iβve ever had! Staff are awesome too
Cute
Awesome place to have a breakfast and work. Good wifi, great flat white, tasty food.
Absolute disaster! First the waiters don't pay attention to you, and then they misunderstand your order. We ordered farmer's breakfasts 3 times and got one - from 3 people! Then wait another 30 minutes until the other two were allowed to eat. It tasted much better elsewhere. If something like that happens often, I don't know why this shop still exists. Never again!
Very cute cafe. The ambience is really nice and the staff very friendly. The coffee was delicious too :)
Good coffee and good bread!
Best baker in Berlin!
Stale bread, bland flavors, no care whatsoever, just overall bad compared to other brunch spots in Berlin
If you like homemade sourdough bread, Neumanns is a MUST =) and right, right, there is also really good coffee, from the Berlin coffee manufacturer Andraschko; with oat milk from Oatly simply best =)
So I was actually a big fan of Silo across the street and one day when they were full house again I decided to try Neumanns which is in the same street. I used to love Silo (staff is amzing, but all their dishes smell like raw eggs. Itβs disgusting I canβt stand that egg smell. Even the coffee cups. They serve poached egg and wash everything in the same dish washer) Anyway Neumanns is now my favorite breakfast place in Berlin. The coffee is amazing, the food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and you can pay by card. Itβs also accessible by wheelchair. If you donβt make a reservation then there are long waiting times during the weekend, so bring a bit of patience. Only one improvement could be done: no laptops during weekend rush hours. Itβs so anoying when 10 people are blocking 10 tables for 3 hours drinking 1 cup of coffee.
Nice space, friendly staff, lovely arrangement, but I do think that itβs a bit over priced for what you get.
It's been a while since my last visit, but we were very satisfied. Very fresh ingredients, the different products go well together. A great contrast is created between fatty, crispy, salty, sweet, sour and fresh. All products are perfectly coordinated so that practically no spices are required.
The Neumann's Stulle tasted very good, but: very expensive, adulterated 'fresh' orange juice and a poor hygiene concept. Waiters don't wear masks or chins at all.
One of the best breakfast stations on the corner. Really good coffee and actually delicious food, not the cheapest.
Very stylish ambience, sweet temptations in the display and the heavenly homemade sourdough bread. Very warm welcome. Original breakfast options. They taste as good as they sound. All great, including the coffee. The absolute highlight for us was the bread. Has addictive potential! Price / performance fits in any case. Unfortunately we could not try more, were too saturated. Highly recommended.
Great food, fresh bread, a bit pricey but you get quality for that.
Super dear service, and a very, very delicious homemade bread. My girls and I enjoyed it very much. But the juice was a little expensive for the small glass.
Coffee - simple but tasty. Cake - sugar in its best form. Service - service at all! In Berlin! Thank you for your attention. And now comes the best ... card payment! You have won a new regular customer.
Rude staff and bad customer service. The owner literally threw us out because we did not order more stuff after a couple of hours (either you order more or you leave). Just do not go there.
Rude staff. They donβt know what is Customer Service.
Unfortunately, I had to rate this place with one star, I waited 10 mins at the table and no one came around to get an order.
Great food, nice price and cozy place. Definitely worth it.
Amazing sourdough sandwiches. Not only the bread is awesome by itself but also the sandwich toppings are well balanced and just delicious. Special trip: Try the Neumanns with fennel. I loved it!
Nice and cozy place! Food was good, a bit pricey
Number 1 cafe in Berlin. Everything is spot on. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Homemade bread and jam to die for. Fresh peppermint tea for those who like it. Best breakfast known to man. Go for the combos ππ»
Great brunch, friendly servers, busy but nice seating. Food was delicious yet menu difficult to understand
Fresh and delicious Australian-style breakfast near the lovely Boxi Platz. The perfect place for a weekend brunch with the market just nearby. Book ahead to avoid disappointment. Friendly staff and good coffee too.
Nice Cafe, nice food and friendly staff.
It was amazing. Intimate seating, the service and food was great. Nothing to complain about. Easily the best breakfast weβve had in Germany.
Quite nice breakfast place. Busy and crowded though. Good menu with a decent selection of healthy alternatives. Down side is the cheap servings of coffee. Also the staff seems to be quite distracted and not very attentive.
I love it :))
One of the best in Friedrichshain!
It is a pretty standard berliner cafe. With very expensive things on the menu and unstable wifi unfortunately.
Fantastic atmosphere...lemon meringue delicious
We had breakfast on Monday, which probably makes service faster than on weekends. Food in terms of quality was superb, altough a bite expensive for the amount. The bread, eggs, bacon and even the tomatoes are high quality. The atmosphere is very nice and the service was super friendly. They accept payment by card.
Such a great place to come for breakfast! Not only the food and drinks were gorgeous, but the staff was extremely professional, polite and attentive, the atmosphere in here is relaxed and cozy and overall the perfect coffee dpot
A good option to make a stop and have a coffee with a portion of homemade cake. In our case we chose carrot cake, the cream had a touch of lemon that was great. The place is nice with an electronic musical thread that gives you many points when it comes to living your Berlin trip. The waiters are very nice and friendly.
Very nice cafe in Friedriechhain. Itβs a very cost place with a nice vibe. The service was very kind and smiley. The coffee ir really good (and strong!). Special recommendation goes for their carrot cake (just delicious). There is space to work with your laptop and they have a good WiFi connection. They were playing some nice relaxing music whatcha was a plus :)
Vegetarian food, nice cafe but too expensive.
Some sandwiches are very good, others mediocre. Price is a bit high but if you order the right sandwich it's very sorry it.
